Frequently asked
Do I need a trade account to order?
Yes. We supply trade only, which lets us keep pricing, support and lead times focused on professional customers.
What are typical lead times?
Three to four weeks for standard ranges from approved order, and five to six weeks for shaped and motorised products.
Can you match a client's paint colour?
We match to RAL, NCS or a supplied physical sample, and send a finish sample for sign-off before production.
Do you supply measuring and fitting support?
We provide measuring standards, survey sheets and installation guides, plus technical support by phone during production hours.
Can I get samples for a client presentation?
Yes. Trade accounts receive finish decks and physical samples, sent direct to you or your client.
Do you provide CAD details and specification text?
Yes. DWG details and NBS-style specification text are available to trade accounts for tender and construction packages.
